Orifice plate flowmeter is the standard orifice plate and multi-parameter differential pressure transmitter (or differential pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter and pressure transmitter) supporting the composition of the high range ratio of differential pressure flow device, can measure the flow of gas, steam, liquid and natural gas.
Throttling device is used for fluid flow measurement, and differential pressure meter or differential pressure transmitter supporting the composition of differential pressure flowmeter. The flowmeter is used for flow measurement, control and adjustment of fluids (liquid, gas and steam) in the production process of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, textile, food, military, scientific research and other industrial sectors. Standard Orifice Plate Characteristics
It is characterized by high measurement accuracy, easy installation, wide range of use and low cost. Widely used in a variety of media flow measurement.
The components of the orifice plate flowmeter mainly include the orifice plate, the inlet and outlet fluid pipes, pressure difference sensors and so on. When working, the fluid enters the orifice plate from the inlet fluid pipe, forms turbulent flow through the holes of the orifice plate, flows out of the orifice plate and enters the outlet fluid pipe. In this case, the fluid forms a pressure difference on the orifice plate, and the pressure difference sensor will measure this pressure difference, so as to calculate the size of the fluid flow.
The orifice plate is the core part of the orifice plate flowmeter, which usually consists of a circular hole and a sloping wall with a certain angle. As the fluid passes through the hole, a pressure loss is created in the fluid due to the presence of the orifice plate, creating a high pressure area and a low pressure area. This pressure difference is due to the rapid deceleration of the high-speed flowing fluid after passing through the orifice, creating an increase in velocity and a decrease in pressure.
