Features:The backwash system of the HGBMF filtration system is available in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic versions, which can be activated by a manual pushbutton, by an internal clock, by a PLC, by a pressure differential or by a management system, respectively. The backwashing time is adjustable and is set to 3 minutes at the factory. The system has an internal timer, which allows to set the optimal backwash time for the particular process situation. By designing special controllers it is possible to realize highly demanding controls centrally or remotely.
HGBMF filtration systems can be installed in different ways. the HGBMF filter can be used as a stand-alone filtration system utilizing the supply pumps in the existing process, or of course as a bypass filtration with its own pump. the HGBMF filter can also be installed with several treatment units in a common pipeline, which allows for the realization of an unlimited filtration capacity of this system.
The HGBMF uses the UNIGRAN series of filter media, all of which are carefully selected, washed and dried to a minimum filtration accuracy of 0.45 microns. The homogeneous high-performance filter media together with the specially designed filter top and bottom water distribution ensure that the HGBMF can achieve very good filtration effect even at high flow rates.
HGBMF overall system, all the internal pipelines and control chain lines are complete before leaving the factory, and the installation system only needs to connect the peripheral pipelines and power supply, which is easy to install.
